After more than 15 years of shaping the company, Gisbert Loosen will step down from the Supervisory Board of HANSA‑FLEX AG in June 2025 due to his age. As a long-standing member of the Supervisory Board and previously of the Advisory Board, Mr Loosen has played a key role in shaping the strategic development of the company. His perceptive view of the company's situation, his solution-orientated proposals and his always honest words, even in difficult and controversial discussions, have earned him the respect of the Management Board, owners and his colleagues on the Supervisory Board.
The company would like to thank Mr Loosen for his many years of dedicated work and his valuable contributions, which have significantly advanced the company. His departure marks the end of an era characterised by outstanding expertise and a high level of personal integrity.
The Supervisory Board will now be strengthened for the future of the company by the newly appointed member Patrick Grabowski. Patrick Grabowski, a tax consultant and former partner of a leading auditing firm in Bremen, has in-depth expertise in tax and corporate issues as well as many years of experience in managing companies. He is currently Chairman of the Management Board of Lisega SE, an internationally operating company of the Buhlmann Group based in Zeven. The appointment of Mr Grabowski is part of a succession plan and aims to further strengthen the Supervisory Board in terms of its operational focus and strategic direction.
The Chairman of the Supervisory Board will remain in the proven hands of Tim Hollweg, while Jörg Buschmann will take on the role of Deputy Chairman.
HANSA‑FLEX AG is looking forward to working with Mr Grabowski and is optimistic about the coming years. We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Mr Loosen and wish him all the best for the new chapter in his life.
