This is how it all works

  • Sending your application

    Easily submit your application via our convenient online form.

  • Confirmation of receipt

    You’ll receive a confirmation of receipt followed by further information after about three weeks.

  • The interview

    We’ll invite you to a virtual meeting to introduce you to your future trainer.

  • Trial work or selection day

    After the successful interview, you’ll be invited to a trial work or selection day.

  • Your certificates with relevant degrees
  • including proof of further education and internships, if applicable
  • Make sure your documents are scanned correctly,

Our expert tips for getting to know us better

Are you excited about the interview or the trial work day? Don’t worry, our colleagues will give you valuable tips on how to prepare for your first meeting with us.

Make sure to prepare before the meeting starts, closing all unnecessary programmes and already installing any important updates to avoid disruptions to the conversation. Also make sure your camera and microphone are working.

In our conversation, we want to get to know you as a person. Having a neutral background along with your well-dressed attire helps ensure we can fully concentrate on you. Not a fan of formal wear? No problem – a nice sweater and plain shirt will do just fine.

We highly value openness and togetherness here at HANSA‑FLEX. Being the first to approach our colleagues with a quick chat is a great strategy – even a friendly good morning can break the ice!

The online meeting and trial work give you an extensive opportunity to meet and get to know us. We’ll of course answer all your questions, but we’re just as interested in getting to know more about you. Don’t be afraid to show off a bit and tell us about your great work history, knowledge and what your personal experiences bring to the table!

Yes. You can also find open internship positions via the search function in the job advertisements area. Would you like to apply even though we’re not actively looking for interns at the moment? Speculative applications are welcome!
