    Send us your application easily and conveniently via our online form.

  • Confirmation of receipt

    You’ll receive a confirmation of receipt followed by further information after about three weeks.

  • The interview

    We’ll invite you to join us for a virtual meeting or a personal conversation.

  • Trial work and first steps

    We’ll invite you to one of our outreach areas and introduce you to the team.

What we’re looking for

How to make a good impression in the interview.

Make sure to prepare before the meeting starts, closing all unnecessary programmes and already installing any important updates to avoid disruptions to the conversation. Don’t forget to make sure the camera and microphone are working.

The appearance of a virtual meeting room can be just as important as a real one. Try using a neutral background and make sure your desk is free of any clutter. Not particularly fond of formal wear? No problem – a nice sweater and plain shirt will do just fine.

We highly value openness and togetherness here at HANSA‑FLEX. Being the first to approach our colleagues with a quick chat is a great strategy – even a friendly good morning can break the ice!

The online meeting and trial work give you an extensive opportunity to meet and get to know us. We’ll of course answer all your questions, but we’re just as interested in getting to know more about you. Don’t be afraid to show off a bit and tell us about your great work history, knowledge and what your personal experiences bring to the table!

It’s important that we gain a thorough impression of you, meaning that, in addition to your professional experience, training or studies, you present your overall character and qualities to us as well.
