Conditions of participation for social media competitions

Terms and conditions

Organiser

The competition is run by HANSA‑FLEX AG and is in no way connected to Instagram or Facebook.

Entry period
The competition begins on 12 September 2025 at 10:00 a.m. and ends on 14 September 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

Eligibility  

All natural persons aged 16 and over who have a public Facebook profile are eligible to participate.

To participate, the participant must:

  • Follow the Facebook channel @hansaflexag.
  • Like the competition post.
  • Comment on the competition post and tag a person/profile.

Each person may only enter the competition once. We reserve the right to exclude multiple comments from the prize draw.
 

Prizes, winner selection and announcement 

Five ice cream packages will be raffled off among all eligible comments.
The winner will be selected at random using an online raffle tool.

The announcement will be made on Monday, 15 September 2025 in the comments section of the competition post, via direct message on Instagram and in the Instagram story.

The winner has until Sunday, 12 September 2025, 23:59 hours after notification of the win to respond. Otherwise, a replacement winner will be determined.
 

Use of data and publication 

Participation requires the provision of personal data (name and address). The data will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition (sending the prizes).
The winner agrees to the publication of their Instagram name/account on the HANSA‑FLEX AG profile as part of the competition.
 

Disclaimer 

HANSA‑FLEX is not liable for any damage resulting from participation in the competition or the unavailability of the Internet server, unless this is due to gross negligence or intent.
The competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook.
 

Miscellaneous

Legal recourse is excluded.
Should any provision of these terms and conditions of participation be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
HANSA‑FLEX AG reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate the competition in the event of unforeseen difficulties or to ensure its integrity.
