Jersey auction for a good cause

On June 12, Germany and Ukraine played against each other in a friendly match at the Weser Stadium in Bremen. On the occasion of the match, we collected signatures of all Ukrainian national players on the jersey of top player Andriy Yarmolenko.

We are auctioning this jersey for a good cause: 100% of the proceeds will go to the Solidarity Ukraine Foundation! The idea and organization came about through interaction between Bremen and Ukrainian colleagues. Alina Armerding, Head of the Digital Solutions Department and Chairwoman of the Solidarity Ukraine Foundation, was on hand to present the jersey on behalf of HANSA‑FLEX.

Providing unbureaucratic aid that gets to where it is needed - in the long term: that is the concern of the non-profit Solidarity Ukraine Foundation. We are already thinking about reconstruction in Ukraine. The aim of the foundation is to support this process. The focus is on educational and health facilities, as these structures are among the foundations of a livable future for families in the devastated regions. The primary concern here is to act in line with needs. With the help of Ukrainian contacts and a reliable local partner, as well as a board of trustees with close ties to Ukraine, it is possible to provide targeted help - out of a sense of social and moral responsibility.
