The OCI (Open Catalog Interface) enables a direct and standardized connection between the HANSA‑FLEX online store and your ERP system, such as SAP S/4HANA. Using the OCI catalog connection, your employees select products in the store as usual and automatically transfer the shopping cart to the ERP system. There, approval, verification, and ordering continue to follow your existing processes.

Once the shopping cart is finalized, the OCI interface automatically transfers all item data back to your ERP system. Product numbers, quantities, and prices are imported directly—without manual entry and with no risk of errors.

The order goes through your usual internal approval process in the ERP system and is then sent to HANSA‑FLEX—via email, PDF, or EDI. Fully documented and completely traceable.
