HANSA-FLEX acquires L.I.S. Hydraulics

Der Engineering- und Aggregatebau-Spezialist L.I.S. Hydraulics mit Sitz in Genk ist nun Teil der HANSA-FLEX Unternehmensgruppe.

L.I.S. will continue to operate with the entire existing workforce and under its own name as a “HANSA‑FLEX Group company”. The two founders also remain actively involved in the operational business. As a result of the takeover, HANSA‑FLEX Belgium's workforce has grown from 30 to 45 employees. The company, which was founded in Genk in 1995, is now represented at 6 locations throughout the country. HANSA‑FLEX warmly welcomes all new colleagues to the team.
