Quality Assurance Agreement
HANSA‑FLEX has been awarded ISO9001:2015 quality management certification, among other accreditations. In order to create a high and uniform understanding of quality throughout the supply chain, the HANSA‑FLEX Quality Assurance Agreement applies to all suppliers.
The Quality Assurance Agreement regulates the quality assurance measures in the relationship between the supplier and HANSA‑FLEX. Its purpose is to achieve the required quality with a high degree of certainty and at minimum cost.

The Quality Assurance Agreement is binding for all existing and future contracts. It is an integral part of HANSA‑FLEX's terms of purchase.
