Logistics continues to grow in importance at HANSA‑FLEX: Going forward, the division will be organized as an independent unit to better meet the increasing demands for delivery speed, transparency, and efficiency within a global network spanning 43 countries.
As part of this realignment, the company is consolidating key functions and streamlining processes to sustainably boost performance. The goal is to make international logistics operations more efficient and to respond flexibly to market demands.
Maximilian Armerding will take over as head of the new Logistics and Global Trade division. He has been with the company for several years and brings extensive experience from his previous role as team leader for strategic logistics projects.
“The new organizational structure gives us the opportunity to further develop our logistics in an even more targeted and future-oriented manner,” says Armerding. “Our focus is on optimizing processes and further expanding our international logistics solutions.”
With this step, HANSA‑FLEX is setting the course for further growth and underscoring the strategic importance of logistics for the company’s success.
